Sukhpal Saini is the Founder & CEO of Engyne - an applied AI company that builds tools to help creators tell their story on social media and attract their crowd. His last startup, Reetail, a fully bootstrapped ecommerce website builder, was acquired in 2024.
As a technical CEO with 8+ years of experience building both B2B and B2C products, Sukh has mastered the art of selling before writing a single line of code. His approach combines product development with powerful storytelling - a skill he believes is the difference between a product that sits unused and a business that scales.
Growing up between India and Canada, Sukh started with no network, no connections, and countless failed products that got zero traction. But through trial, error, and relentless experimentation, he learned how to build charisma, attract talent, and create products people actually want. That hustler's mindset has inspired talented people to join his team with shared focus and enthusiasm.
